Shelly Spivak is the VP of Operations at Spivak Financial Group where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensures the highest standards of efficiency and client satisfaction. Shelly brings 20 years of experience in compliance, finance, insurance and mortgages where she previously operated her own branch within a mortgage company. Shelly held a top 1% position for all mortgage bankers and earned her title through her strong dedication to her career. Following operating her own team, Shelly has brought in her great knowledge and success into the operations of Spivak Financial Group, alongside her husband, Stuart. Overall, Shelly is the jack of all trades, and you can find her creating workflows for the office, ensuring that every detail is tied with a bow or directing the wonderful client events that are hosted.
In addition to her professional role, Shelly is a devoted wife and mother to 3 busy girls and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Shelly finds great fulfillment in serving others and actively participating in her church.
